If you want to lose weight there are many different ways to lose a lot of weight fast. Most of them won’t work if you don’t have iron willpower, because hunger will cause you to give up on your plans really quickly.

You can lose weight fast with a simple 3-step plan.

  1. The most important part is to cut back on sugars and starches (carbs)
    The main fat storage in your body is the insulin hormone and these foods stimulate secretion of it the most. If you cut the carbs your hunger will be almost dead and you’ll start eating less calories automatically.
  2. Your meals should include a protein source, a fat source and low-carb vegetables.
    Protein sources are meat, fish and seafood, eggs. Eating plenty of protein can boost the metabolism by 80 to 100 calories per day.
    There are many low-carb vegetables that you can eat in massive amounts without gaining any weight like broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, etc.

You shouldn’t be afraid to eat fat. If someone is trying to refuse it’ll be a recipe for failure. And you won’t be happy in the end of the day.

  1. You don’t need to exercise to lose weight but it will make you feel better and will help you for your diet plans. Go to the gym 3-4 times a week and if you don’t know what to do there’s always a trainer to give you some advice.
    If you don’t like the idea with the gym, then do some running, jogging, swimming or just walking.

If you think you can’t eat strict for this diet, you can choose one day per week to “cheat” where you eat more carbs. But remember, just once a week, if you start doing it more often then you’re not going to see much success.

You shouldn’t count calories but if you really want to there are many great tools you can use to track the amount of calories you are eating. And there’s one other very important thing you should know for success. You don’t need to starve yourself to lose weight. Eating 2-3 meals per day is okay and if you find yourself hungry, add a 4th meal in the afternoon.

For a few days you might feel a bit strange but after some weeks you’ll feel a lot better with your body. Don’t expect to lose a lot of weight for the first week everything takes time especially diets. It depends on the person how quickly it will happen. On this plan, you can still eat a lot of good food and lose a ton of fat along with this.
